Mi Goreng Japanese Style

Onto part 2 of our Mi Goreng Saga! For something completely different, try making a pack of mi goreng into a Japanese version. You can get the cod roe spaghetti sauce at any Asian grocer. We were also thinking about adding some boiled edamame beans, but in the end we forgot! This is super super-easy and yummy!

Ingredients

Japanese cod roe spaghetti sauce
Dried seaweed flakes
1 sprig spring onion, chopped
1 pack Indomie Mi Goreng dry noodles
1 sachet Indomie Mi Goreng sambal (optional)

Cook the noodles according to the instructions and drain. Stir in the cod roe spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with seaweed flakes and chopped spring onion. I also ended up adding the sachet of sambal because I’m a bit of a chilli addict. But of course you can try sprinkling a bit of shichimi on top instead!
